Here’s a little bit about me.
I’m an imperfect Christ-follower. On a college dorm floor, I invited Jesus into my life. Best decision ever.
I’m a wanna-be cleanie married to a wonderful but messy man. He knelt and I said yes. Second best decision.
I’m a mom, mom-in-law, and nana. My two girls call me Mom, but two little treasures call me Nana.
I’m an advocate for children living in poverty. My husband and I sponsor children through
Compassion International. The children add beautiful purpose to my life.
I’m a blogger and freelance writer. Rooted in real-life, I write words of hope. We are in this together; you are not alone.
I’m a chocoholic, diet soda addict, and football fanatic. Everyone has vices, these are mine.
This sums up my life: “Masquerading as a normal person is exhausting.”
May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. Romans 15:13 (NIV)
